The core expression from Amatiteña plants a flag, early and proud. With powerful aromas that strike the nose long before the glass reaches your lips, every batch is a unique statement of time and terroir. The only blanco tequila on the market right now being made from single-estate-grown agave, exclusively using historical (early 19th century or older) techniques-from wood-fired oven to stone tahona, from open air wood fermenters to the fabrica's original copper pot stills - Amatiteña makes no apologies for the stunning, even challenging profile of its blanco.
Distinct aromas of mesquite, marjoram, menthol, and burnt marshmallow carry through to the palate, while adding subtle notes of purple flowers, fresh vanilla bean, dried dates & figs, heath bar, and a persistent pulse of salinity. Truly unlike any other blanco tequila we've ever encountered. 42% ABV
