Amatiteña is an additive-free tequila made at NOM 1477 in El Arenal, Jalisco, using tahona crushing, wooden fermentation tanks, copper-pot distillation and deep-well water. Origen is the higher-proof blanco. It is bold and earthy, with cooked agave, pepper, citrus and minerality. A favorite among tequila enthusiasts.
