Antica Torino is a small Turin-based producer founded in 2016 by Vittorio Zoppi and Filippo Antonelli to revive traditional Vermouth di Torino. The Dry is built on Piedmont's Cortese white wine, aromatized with natural botanicals and bottled at 18% ABV. Crisp, herbal and lightly floral, with citrus and a clean, dry finish, it is made for a classic dry martini, and also makes a refreshing aperitif with tonic.
