Antica Torino is a small Turin-based producer founded in 2016 by Vittorio Zoppi and Filippo Antonelli to revive traditional Vermouth di Torino. Its vermouths are made from Piedmont wine aromatized with natural botanicals, using traditional maceration methods. The Rosso is the classic sweet red style of Turin: rich and bittersweet, with notes of herbs, spice, citrus peel and a gentle bitter finish. It is ideal for a Negroni or Manhattan, or simply on ice with an orange twist.
