Aperol 375ml

Aperol is the classic Italian bitter-sweet aperitivo from Padua, created in 1919. Bright orange in color, it is made to a secret recipe that includes orange, gentian root and cinchona among other herbs, roots and bark, and at only 11% ABV it is lighter and less bitter than many of its red-aperitivo cousins. It is the essential ingredient in the Aperol Spritz: three parts Prosecco, two parts Aperol, a splash of soda and an orange slice over ice. It also works well with tonic or in citrus-forward cocktails. This is the half-bottle (375ml) size.
