Araujo Estate's Eisele Vineyard, near Calistoga at the northern end of Napa Valley, is one of California's most storied Cabernet sites, first vineyard-designated in the early 1970s. It is farmed biodynamically. The estate was acquired by the owners of Château Latour in 2013 and renamed Eisele Vineyard Estate. Compelling aromas of black fruits such as brambleberries, plus blueberries and fresh mushrooms. Asphalt, too. Forest fruits. The tannins just melt into the wine as you taste it.
