Averna Amaro 1 Liter

Amaro Averna has been made in Caltanissetta, Sicily, since 1868 from a secret family recipe of Mediterranean herbs, roots and citrus, including Sicilian lemon and bitter orange peel, pomegranate and licorice root. It is one of the softer, more approachable amari, with a rich, velvety texture. Notes of caramel, licorice, orange zest and warm baking spice give way to a gently bitter finish. Serve it neat or on the rocks with a twist of lemon after dinner, or use it in a Black Manhattan. This is the 1 liter bottle.
