Description
Bodegas Barbadillo, founded in 1821 in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, is the leading house for Manzanilla. Manzanilla is a fino-style sherry from Palomino grapes that matures under a layer of flor yeast in Sanlúcar's cool, humid seaside bodegas. The result is pale, bone-dry and tangy, with almond, chamomile and a saline finish. Serve it well chilled with olives, almonds, jamón or seafood.
