Barbadillo Vermut Rojo 'Ataman' 500ml

Atamán is a red vermouth from Bodegas Barbadillo in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, the home of Manzanilla. It is made with a Palomino Fino/Manzanilla wine base and aromatized with botanicals including wormwood, quassia, bitter orange, rosemary and elderberry, and bottled at 17% ABV. It is sweet and herbal with a saline, sherry-like backbone. Serve it the Spanish way, over ice with an orange slice and an olive, or use it to give a Manhattan or Negroni an Andalusian twist. This is the 500ml bottle.
