Blade & Bow Bourbon 91 Proof 750ml

Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon pays homage to the historic Stitzel-Weller distillery in Louisville. It is blended using a five-tier solera system that began with original Stitzel-Weller stocks; each year whiskey moves down the tiers, and no more than half is drawn from the final tier, so a trace of the original liquid remains. Bottled at 91 proof, it shows dried apricot, pear, roasted grain, oak and warm spice, with a smooth, gently sweet finish.
