Blandy's Madeira Sercial 5 Yr 750ml

Blandy's is one of Madeira's oldest family-owned wine houses, and its 5 Year Old Sercial is a dry style made from Sercial, the island's most acidic noble grape. It is aged in American oak casks using Madeira's traditional canteiro and estufagem methods. Pale topaz to amber in color, it is dry and vibrant, with citrus peel, dried fruit, toasted nuts and a hint of caramel, crisp acidity and a long, saline finish. Serve lightly chilled as an aperitif, or with salted almonds, oysters or light appetizers.
