Spearheaded by Noah and Kelly Dorrance of Reeve Wines, BloodRoot is a collaboration between venerated winemakers with excellent vineyard sourcing who have come together to make value-minded wines that overdeliver with their quality. The wines are sourced from multiple benchmark vineyards throughout Napa/Sonoma and reflect the soul of each place. They are made at a quality and price level that makes them absolutely no-brainers to drink. BloodRoot is complementary to Noah and Kelly's winery, Reeve Wines. Reeve Wines started in 2015 as a side project from Banshee Wines, which Noah founded in 2009. When Reeve Wines began to flourish, Noah decided to turn his full attention to Reeve wines and eventually created BloodRoot as a complementary brand to Reeves. 100% Chardonnay • Sourced from vineyards in Green Valley, Occidental and Sebastopol • Goldridge sandy loam soils • Fermented in mix of Stainless steel and French oak • Full Malolactic fermentation • Aged 10 months in French oak (20% new) • 13.7% abv
