Description
Bodegas Tajinaste is the García Farráis family's winery at the El Ratiño estate in the Valle de La Orotava, on the north side of Tenerife. The family bought the estate in the late 1930s and launched the Tajinaste label in the early 1990s. Winemaker Agustín García Farráis works with local varieties such as Listán Blanco and Listán Negro grown on volcanic soils.
Bodega Tajinaste Las Islas Canarias Blanco Seco 2024 is a crisp white wine originating from the Canary Islands. It features vibrant citrus notes complemented by hints of tropical fruit and minerality, reflecting the region's unique volcanic terroir.
This wine pairs well with seafood dishes, particularly grilled fish and shellfish, as well as light salads and tapas.
