Bombay Sapphire is a London Dry gin made by vapor infusion: ten botanicals, including juniper, lemon peel, coriander, orris root, angelica, bitter almond, licorice, cassia bark, cubeb and grains of paradise, are suspended in copper baskets above the spirit. The method gives a bright, balanced gin with fresh citrus and juniper and a gentle spice on the finish. It is a natural fit for a gin and tonic or a crisp martini. This is the 1 liter bottle.
