This Ecocert certified organic domaine in St. Emilion (a rarity for the appellation) is a jewel. The Chateau is located on the plateau of Asteries limestone in St. Emilion, alongside its neighbors Chateau Pavie and Chateau Troplong Mondot, presenting the finer, more elegant side of the famed village. The vineyards rest on a natural amphitheater, soaking up the sun to achieve peak balance and maturity. All of the grapes are hand harvested and aged in barrique, with about 30% new barrels. This yields a silkly and terroir expressive Bordeaux that can compete with the finest in the region.
