Domaine de la Grange des Pères, founded by Laurent Vaillé in the Hérault, is the Languedoc's most famous cult estate. Production is tiny and the wines are highly sought after. The red is a blend of Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cabernet Sauvignon, bottled as IGP Pays d'Hérault. The 2015 comes from a ripe, excellent southern French vintage.
