Domaine de la Solitude Chateauneuf du Pape 'Vin de Solitude' 2022 1.5L

Domaine de la Solitude is one of Châteauneuf-du-Pape's oldest family estates, owned by the Lançon family, descendants of the Barberini family. The Vin de la Solitude is a historic, unusual blend in which Grenache is only about a quarter. The rest is Serine (an ancestral Syrah), Counoise, Mourvèdre, Cinsault and several white varieties. It is co-fermented with whole clusters and given a long maceration. The 2022 is fragrant and complex, with red and black fruit, spice, garrigue and floral lift. Certified organic. Offered in magnum.
