Isabelle and Pierre Clément are best known for Domaine de Châtenoy in Menetou-Salon. In 2020 they acquired the Clos Saint-Martin estate in Sancerre, near Amigny. Its Sancerre is a practicing-organic Sauvignon Blanc. Expect crisp citrus, gooseberry and white flowers with chalky, flinty minerality and a bright, refreshing finish. A classic pairing for goat cheese, oysters and grilled fish.
