Drouhin-Vaudon is the Chablis estate of the Beaune house Joseph Drouhin. This village Chablis is 100% Chardonnay, fermented and aged in stainless steel for about seven to ten months to preserve its purity. The 2024 shows lemon, citrus and green apple with a stony, oyster-shell minerality and a crisp, saline finish. A classic partner for shellfish, and it will hold well for several years.
