El Dorado Rum 8 YO

El Dorado is made by Demerara Distillers at the Diamond Distillery in Guyana, which keeps a unique collection of historic wooden and metal stills. Each age statement is a distinct blend of still types, and the age on the label refers to the youngest rum in the blend. The 8 Year blends rum from the Enmore wooden Coffey still, the Diamond metal Coffey still and a Savalle still. It is smooth and sweet, with molasses, caramel, dried fruit and spice. Great for sipping or in rum cocktails.
