Firmin Dezat Pouilly Fume 2024 750ml

Firmin Dezat is a family estate with about 23 hectares across Sancerre, Pouilly-Fumé and Menetou-Salon, farmed organically. Its Pouilly-Fumé comes from chalk, limestone gravel and flint soils and is aged on its lees. The 2024 is a crisp Sauvignon Blanc with citrus, gooseberry, a smoky, flinty edge and lively acidity. Lovely with shellfish, goat cheese and herb-driven dishes.
