George T. Stagg is part of Buffalo Trace's celebrated annual Antique Collection: an uncut, unfiltered barrel-proof bourbon and one of the most sought-after American whiskeys. The 130.4-proof bottling is the Fall 2020 release, aged about 15 years and 4 months. Expect a massive, concentrated bourbon with dark caramel, cherry, cocoa, toffee and leather layered over deep oak and spice. A drop of water opens it up beautifully. A true collector's bottle.
