The GlenAllachie 12 Year Old is the flagship of the Speyside distillery revived by industry veteran Billy Walker. It is matured in a combination of Pedro Ximénez sherry, Oloroso sherry and virgin oak casks, then bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill-filtered and with no added color. Expect a rich, sherry-forward malt with dried fruit, toffee, dark chocolate, baking spice and a long, warming finish. Widely praised as one of the best values in sherried Scotch.
