Graillot Crozes-Hermitage 'La Guiraude' 2022 750ml

Alain Graillot was the benchmark producer of Crozes-Hermitage, and the domaine is now run by his son Maxime. La Guiraude is the domaine's top Syrah, made only in strong vintages. It is assembled by tasting every lot and selecting the best barrels, so it is a selection rather than a single vineyard. The 2022 is deeper and more structured than the classic bottling, with blackberry, cassis, violet, smoked meat and pepper. Give it a few years in the cellar.
