Hardins Creek Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Hardin's Creek is a series of limited releases from the James B. Beam Distilling Co. in Clermont, Kentucky, exploring how age, mash bill and warehouse location shape whiskey. Like all Kentucky straight bourbon, it is made from at least 51% corn and aged in new charred oak for at least two years. Expect caramel, vanilla, baking spice and oak.
