Hazelbaker is a Bottled-in-Bond Indiana straight bourbon from NULU Whiskey, with a mash bill of 60% corn, 36% rye and 4% barley. It was aged about 5.5 years in Indiana, then re-barreled in Louisville for two more years, and bottled at 100 proof. Expect caramel, rye spice, cherry and oak.
