Emilio Hidalgo is a traditional family sherry bodega in Jerez. Morenita is its cream sherry, a blend of Palomino and Pedro Ximénez. It shows caramel, dried fruit and mocha with balanced sweetness. Serve lightly chilled or over ice with an orange slice.
