Limited-release single grain Irish whiskey finished and bottled by High N' Wicked Distilled at an undisclosed distillery in County Cork, Ireland Distilled from 95% French maize and 5% malted barley on a continuous Coffey column still Aged in ex-bourbon barrels and finished for 6 months in ex-rum casks from Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados Aromas of coconut, lemon peel, nougat, fig, and vanilla are underlined with subtle tropical fruit. The palate highlights baking spice with notes of candied hazelnut and a gentle finish displaying a hint of custard. Non-chill filtered; 50% ABV For this expression, County Cork Irish Whiskey is finished in casks from one of our favorite rum distilleries: Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados. These finishing casks previously held "Mark X 2007" from Foursquare's lauded Exceptional Cask Series, lending nuanced tropical fruit to the elegant confectionary notes of High N' Wicked's meticulously selected Irish distillate.
