Description
Ohishi is a Japanese whisky made from rice in Kumamoto Prefecture, using local rice and water from the Kuma River. This 11-year-old is aged eight years in ex-brandy casks and then three years in fresh Japanese Mizunara oak.
The Mizunara adds sandalwood, incense and spice to the soft, sweet rice spirit.
