VS Cognac produced by Distillerie Tessendier in Jarnac, France 100% Ugni Blanc from the Fins Bois and Petite Champagne crus, blended in equal parts Double distilled in Tessendier's Charentais copper pot stills Aged in new, lightly toasted French oak for 6 months before being transferred to used casks for 3-6 years The nose opens with floral aromas of mint, linden blossom, and apricot. The palate is full of dried fruit-apricot, banana, and pear-with a spicy, herbaceous finish with notes of pink peppercorn, lychee, orange zest, and ginger. 40% ABV
