Poli is a family distillery in Schiavon, in Italy's Veneto, founded in 1898 and famous for its grappa. Sambuca is Italy's classic anise liqueur, sweet and aromatic with star anise notes. Serve it neat, over ice, or 'con la mosca' with coffee beans.
