Joining the flagship Hebridean single malt in Isle of Raasay's core range, Dùn Cana is double matured first in ex-rye whiskey casks from Woodford Reserve and then transferred to either ex-Oloroso or ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry quarter casks for further aging before the two double-matured whiskies are blended in equal parts.
