St-Germain is a French elderflower liqueur made from fresh, wild elderflower blossoms hand-picked in late spring, up to 1,000 blossoms per bottle. It is bottled at 20% ABV. Delicate and floral, with notes of pear, lychee, citrus and honeysuckle, it is the essential bartender's touch for spritzes (St-Germain, sparkling wine and soda), gin cocktails and Champagne cocktails.
