Starlight Distillery is the Huber family's farm distillery in southern Indiana. Carl T. is its 92-proof small-batch bourbon, blending three- and four-grain mash bills aged at least four years, in batches of 20–30 barrels. Expect caramel, baking spice, cherry and toasted oak.
