Hakushu 12 Years Old is the single malt from Suntory's forest distillery in the Japanese Southern Alps, known for its fresh, green style and a touch of smoke. The official notes describe basil, pine needle and green apple on the nose; sweet pear, mint and kiwi on the palate; and a finish of green tea with subtle smoke. A crisp, refreshing single malt.
