Hibiki Japanese Harmony is Suntory's celebrated blended whisky, combining malt and grain whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries, with some aged in Japanese Mizunara oak. The official notes describe rose, lychee, rosemary and sandalwood on the nose; honey, candied orange peel and white chocolate on the palate; and a subtle, tender Mizunara finish. Elegant and beautifully balanced.
