The Bitter Truth is a German bitters company founded by bartenders Stephan Berg and Alexander Hauck. Its Orange Bitters are citrus-forward, with sweet and bitter orange peel, marmalade, cardamom, caraway and nutmeg. They are especially suited to Dry Martinis and other gin cocktails.
