Copper Alley is a 10-year-old single malt Irish whiskey from the Dublin Liberties Distillery. It is matured in bourbon casks, finished in 30-year-old Oloroso sherry casks, and bottled at 46%. It is rich and rounded, with dried fruit, toffee, orange peel and spice over a malty core.
