Japanese whisky distilled from rice and matured in a combination of red wine and Manzanilla sherry casks. Distilled from a combination of local grown malted and unmalted rice fermented with koji and distilled on a stainless steel pot still Strawberry, Earl Grey tea, and roasted cashews on the nose precede a palate of raw honey, Brazil nuts, and umami heightened by the Manzanilla sherry influence. 2550 bottles produced 41.6% ABV
