Wine & Soul Pintas Character Douro 2022 750ml

Wine & Soul is the Douro estate of winemakers Sandra Tavares da Silva and Jorge Serôdio Borges. Pintas Character is a field blend of around 30 indigenous varieties, including Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz. The grapes are foot-trodden in lagares and the wine is aged about 18 months in French oak. Expect dark berries, plum, violets, schist minerality and a polished, structured palate.
