• Barrel Proof Straight Rye Whiskey distilled in Indiana (MGP) and bottled in Bardstown, KY, by Proof and Wood
• Mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley
• Aged a minimum of 6 years; bottled the summer of 2020
• Small batch, blended from approximately 10–20 barrels
• Lemon meringue on the nose with a lively palate of Red Hots and lemon zest with light tobacco and citrus on the finish
• Non-chill filtered; 58% ABV (ABV varies batch to batch)
