• Cut with water from the Ballindoney farm, outside Clonmel, where Tipperary operates
• Each bottle is individually numbered
• Opening with vanilla and sweet fruit on the nose with black pepper and a trace of raisin on the palate; finishes with honey and buttered toast
• Non-chill filtered; 47% ABV
