Paolo Scavino's 50 years old Dolcetto vines ensure a beautiful complexity in this wine. Purple color, fresh and delicate aromatics of cherry, blueberry, spices, and flowers. The structure has lightness and brightness in it. Well defined by good tannins and harmonious acidity, this wine has a pleasant freshness and intriguing character.

• 100% Dolcetto
• 70-year-old vines in the Bricco Ambrogio vineyard in Roddi d’Alba
• The soils is Marne di Sant’Agata (a type of calcareous clay)
• The grapes are hand-harvested during the second week of September
• Maceration and fermentation in stainless steel with temperature control and indigenous yeasts.
• Aged in stainless steel for six months
• 950 cases produced annually
