General Terms & Conditions
ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. All first-time orders will be required to submit proof of age via email.
By placing your order, you have represented to Cask Fine & Rare Wines that you are at least 21. All alcoholic beverages that Cask arranges for delivery on your behalf must be received and signed for by an adult of legal drinking age.
Please Note - It takes to pull, assemble and process a standard order approximately 2-3 business days before arranging for delivery. If your order is "Time Sensitive," please enter a note upon submission or contact us at 1-914-401-9797.
In some cases, when the inventory of an item is listed as "Limited Quantity Available," there may be a delay. At the same time, Cask will check our stock or check with the distributor to locate additional inventory. Cask will do our best to fill your order but can only be held responsible if an item is attainable at that time. If an item has sold out, it will be omitted from your final invoice.
To maintain a high level of customer service, Cask requires a minimum order of $100.00 to be delivered to a single location. All orders will be acknowledged via email once they have been submitted.

Maximum Credit Card Purchase: Credit Card purchases may be at most $10,000. Please get in touch with us regarding purchases that exceed this amount.
Order Cancellation/Return Procedures and Policies*
Cancellation Policy: Cancelled orders are orders that have been placed by the Buyer that still needs to be delivered. A restocking fee of 10% will be assessed at the time of the issuance of a credit.
*Cask, at its discretion, reserves the right, for whatever reason, to refuse to cancel an order or to accept a return.
Returned orders relate to any order delivered to the Buyer and subsequently returned or declined by the Buyer. If items are being returned for reasons other than being damaged, the restocking fee for these orders is 10% of the sales amount. Returns are only accepted within 90 days of the purchase date, provided that the wine is a current vintage still stocked and sold by Cask. If wine is returned without a receipt, we will only honor the lowest price the item has sold for in the last six months and will only issue an in-house credit on the Buyer's account, valid for one (1) year.
Exceptions to Return Policy
We do not accept returns for any of the following reasons:
- All wine sold by Cask is maintained under optimum conditions. Wines adversely affected due to improper storage or treatment while in the Buyer's care cannot be returned.
- Opened bottles that are not to your taste.
- Returns are based on price changes within the marketplace.
- Older vintages:
- We make every effort to ensure the quality and condition of older vintages.
- However, as is the tradition in wine retail, wines 10+ years old at purchase are sold at the Buyer's risk.
- We do not accept returns of "corked" or "off" wines ten years or older, nor will we accept returns because they are past their optimal drinking window.*
- Special wine orders are sourced specifically at the Buyer's request and are not part of our regular inventory.
*We stand behind the authenticity of the wines we sell unconditionally. Any bottle shown to be counterfeit will be refunded 100%.
Any wines kept on the premises for whatever reason will be accessed for a monthly storage charge of $3.50 per case.
