• Minimum 9 years old; Aged in char #4 American oak barrels
• Aromas of Golden Delicious apple crisp and clover honey mingle with celery root, lemon zest, and faint notes of tropical fruit on the nose. A compelling back and forth of dried sweet and savory elements—mango, bay leaf, and hay—on the palate culminates in a spiky finish of fresh curry leaf and Sichuan peppercorn.
