• High-rye mash bill of 65% corn, 30% rye, and 5% malted barley, all non-GMO
• Open top, sour mash fermentation
• Twice distilled; the first run in a Vendome copper column still followed by second distillation in a copper continuous doubler
• Aged a minimum of 4 years in toasted and charred American oak barrels
• Produced with water sourced from a high-mineral, limestone-fed aquifer located directly beneath the distillery
• A full mouthfeel and concentration of rye spices including clove, cinnamon, mint, and dark berry lead into a jammy finish with hints of butterscotch and white pepper
• Double Gold medalist at the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition
• Non-chill filtered; 50% ABV
