• Mash bill of 75% corn, 15% rye, 10% malted barley
• Distilled in a Vendome copper column still
• Aged for 3 years
• Limited release, blended and produced in one 150-barrel batch
• All non-GMO and locally sourced grains; proofed with ground-fed, limestone-filtered spring water
• Bursting with aromas of fresh fig, apple cider, marzipan, and clove which precede a rich palate of dried papaya, coffee, cinnamon, and burnt caramel.
• Non-chill filtered; 58% ABV
